bibliofile's LJ we were nattering about Buffy. Not my favorite show, yet I like Giles, the absent-minded professor sort only far cooler than most of that ilk. Believe me, tweedy professor types I know and they are never really played by Cary Grant, but I digress.
My favorite vampires are (1) Frank Langella, (2) David Bowie, (3) Klaus Kinski. So bite me.
Frank Langella gets extra points for chewing the scenery as the bad pirate Uncle Dog in Cutthroat Island (which otherwise could have used another Master Thespian or two to match the great sea engagements, costumes, and sets).
So who's your favorite pirate?
