I seem to have missed most of a universally quixotic weekend around here. Friday the calligraphers came over, exhausting it was having that much fun, then apahacking, and then Saturday evening I went to the Purple House party and got far too drunk. This happens far too often when I go to the Purple House. Hard liquor bad, no more for me. Luckily I had my designated Mr S with me. But that seems to have kicked off not just an especially bad hangover but another little round of flu, which we are sharing round the house again. So gently now. Finished the apahacking today, and mailed off a bunch of cards. Maybe I'll get the lights up (on the inside windows at least) this week. Maybe I'll write some more cards. It is snowing lightly and freezing rain and I am home from the post office, with plenty of stamps.
